Chapter Information

Welcome to the New England Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). Our chapter consists of approximately 1200 members representing leading organizations in the New England region that support the defense industrial base.

The New England Chapter of the NDIA is made up representatives from government and industry (large corporations, small companies, and professional service providers) located across New England.

The Chapter's goal is to be the place to exchange information and ideas in the defense and homeland security marketplace.

The Chapter sponsors events throughout the New England area.

Jon Mogford, Ph.D
Dr. Jon Mogford is the Deputy Director in the Defense Sciences Office of the DefensAdvanced
Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The mission for DARPA's Defense Science Office is to
bridge the gap from fundamental science to applications by identifying and pursuingthe most
promising ideas within the science and engineering research communities, and  is committed to transforming these ideas into new Department of Defense capabilities.

Executives from major defense contractors will discuss how their organizations bring new technologies to market and the ways they engage small, innovative businesses.
